SPAA to Retire Monte Hennen’s #13
After completing his 20th season as Manager of the St. Patrick Irish in 2012, Monte Hennen decided to retire from his position heading into 2013. His Managerial career is headlined with over 400 career wins, as well as 10 State Tournament Appearances, all with St. Patrick. The St. Patrick Athletic Association will honor Monte by retiring his #13, with a ceremony set for Sunday, June 16 at Bonin Field. The Irish take on the Union Hill Bulldogs at 2 pm, which will be preceded by a short ceremony for Monte. Fans are urged to arrive early, and enjoy the day’s game as everyone pays tribute to Monte’s contributions in an Irish uniform.(posted 4/23/13)
New Irish Manager
The SPAA formally announces that John Johnson will be the new Manager of the St. Patrick Irish. He replaces Monte Hennen, who retired after 20 years on the job. Congratulations to John!

St. Patrick teams have been racking up hardware this year, as the Midget Green team won the 2012 Midget League Championship! Congrats to players and coaches!

St. Patrick Town & Country defeated Veseli 5-4 on Sunday morning, a walk-off win in the bottom of the 7th inning! Congrats to the T&C team on their Championship Season!
